A healer is essentialy someone who helps another person realize his or her inherent wholeness, regardless of appearances of the outcome of treatment.
Energy Momentum is an experience where you get to know yourself energetically moment to moment. Our physical, subtle and electromagnetic bodies give us information that tell us exactly where we are at. This means that our mind might tell us something but your body is actually telling us the truth about where we are energetically. If we haven’t aknowledged and work on our energetic interferences, our physical body resents this with physical and emotional symptoms that keep us blocked energetically. Our thoughts and emotions have an effect in our body, if this information affects you it creates blocks, if your information is empowering and aligned with who you truly are it creates vitality and wholeness.
To cure is to erase symptoms, to heal is to assure a state of wholeness.
Energy momentum is remembering and reconnecting with your natural state of being. It is an experience that expands you beyond what is possible energetically and that harmonizes your physical, mental, emotional and etheric body. It is a space for transformation and healing to happen through love, compassion and pleasure.
Energy momentum is a technique developed by Karina Velasco that gives continuity to the state of flow and that can be used to repair, restore, balance, clear, harmonize, to heal trauma and as an opening therapy.
We cannot heal what we are not aware of.
In this session Karina connects with the information that your body and energy gives her and utilizes several energetic modalities so you can enhance the beneficial and let go of the energies that are producing blocks and disease.
Energy Momentum can be experienced in two modalities:
Energy Momentum experience: A 90min group session that incorporates sound, movement and breath.
Energy Momentum session: A personalized 60 to 90min experience with energy work and physical contact to energy points.

“I had a session with Karina in Tulum after attending a class with her where she taught us five different styles of touch, I always admire when a woman is open with her sensuality and sexuality as I aim to get there myself, and based off of that, I decided to work with her.
